Monogram Wedding Cake

Sugar roses decorate this 3 tier wedding cake we made for a client. Each tier is decorated with piped swirls while a monogram made of sugar paste highlights the top tier. Flavors include vanilla cake with german chocolate filling, chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and fruit cake.
